One thing about the old miners is that you could prospect from them. A lot of showings in the miner are not mentioned anywhere else. This is partly because of the laziness and low budget of the OGS. The miner is about the same format as it always was. Only difference is it is now international focus. It could do a way better job in level of scholarship in examination of gegology and changes in the industry. It has a trade/market focus. If you want geo explanations you have to go to E and MJ, which gives you the real background in areas. You can develop an exploration strategy from reading E and MJ. EC<:-}
