I have done my share of travelling. Including extensive travel in Europe

Shouldn't that mean you are one of us "travellers" and hence bound to "defend" us?

Or did you think you could leave the group? You know we can't allow that. LOL.

And you say this on the basis of what?

On the basis of your own statements that show definite scorn for the experience of seeing other lands. It did not look like it was something you would do.

Now, when you have spent twenty years living and working in and working to understand and improve a small community, you can express your views of that

The difference between you and I, is that I would NOT care to express views about something I don't have experience in. And I certainly would not try to characterize it in a couple of rare freak incidences - like living 20 years in a community leads to being small-minded (just because a couple of such people are does not mean all such persons AT LARGE are like that). Or like "travelling leads to lies and deceit and wars" (???), which is the most ridiculous statement I have heard in a long time, and not only because it has a funny sense of cause and effect. (Hint: Soldiers "travel" to a place AFTER a war is decided on. It is not their "travelling" that is the cause of the war)
