So stop saying people can't establish religions. They clearly can and do. How else do you explain the existence of religious organizations?

Come on, J. Are you just being obnoxious to be obnoxious?

The term "establish" has two different meanings. One is common usage. In that usage people can create, invent, discover, establish, or what you will religions.

The other is the legal sense, as the word is used at law and in the constitution. In that usage, only governments can establish religions, and they establish them as the state religion enforced by the state and supported by taxes or other government exactions.

Don't tell me that you are incapable of understanding this distinction. I have too much respect for your intelligence than that. So why are you hassling Karen so?
