Prices could have fallen since then, but ....... >> Please quote something more up to date by those poor misguided souls Modoff and Thelander who were unfortunate victims of misinformation or disinformation emanating from San Diego and Costa Mesa, and who in turn victimized other unfortunate souls that bit off.
