Extra cool. I didn't know that.

I use Transmit (or just the command line) for FTP these days. One thing it does is to automatically determine whether a file should be transferred in binary or ascii mode. I'm wondering if dragging and dropping from an ftp server mounted in the Finder would do the same.

Is the Fetch you are talking about the program that Apple had about 10 years ago with the little dog running to nowhere? Has it come back?
