I see the SEBL pattern to which you refer as a proper 5 wave wedge. July 24-31 was the zig-zag wave 'd' which I don't see on KKD. Anyway enough of this nonsense, we're both looking at pretty much the same thing.

As for the market, sentiment is indeed frothy but as mentioned many times before sentiment is just noise until the prevailing trend breaks.

You should look to see how low that chart got in early 2000, it might have more relevancy.
