Whaddya mean? Shrub is frightened by military men. That's why he went AWOL, he was frightened by what they would do after the drug test results came back. To further this theory, remember that the Skulking Thanksgiving Breakfast Event at the Baghdad Airport required screening of military personnel before they were allowed into the photo-op. Some of those looking simply to have breakfast that morning were turned away. I believe some were even asked to leave because they were insufficiently deferential to the Prez. That one, might just be a rumor likely to be true. You'd think that if he was asking them to be targets for foreign terrorists, he could at least take a few pointed questions from them. Nope, Shrub still frightened of the military.
