Thanks, I had seen that loading on tv, but never had the link.

There may have been more to that than meets the eye too.

According to my source the USS Simpson, (the Cole's sister ship), was the ship that was supposed to go into Yemen port to fuel, while the Cole waited outside to be refueled by a US tanker. Well, the Simpson broke down ( I do not know the reason why), so the orders changed, and the Cole went into port.

The only reason either ship had to go in rather than fuel at sea, was the lack of fuelers for our fleet, thanks to Clintons defense busting budget, and him wanting to play sweetheart all over the world.
