So what. People in uniform have a certain mind set. That doesn't make them right. Marines are conditioned to fight and sometimes die without asking why. Somebody have to ask why for them. Is it fair for our people in uniform to die for corporate interests? I think not. This war in Iraq was not about freedom for Americans. It's about corporate interests. And a new global order. And international finance. Not freedom, except for Iraqi's. But we've spent hundreds of lives and 200+ billion American dollars for Iraqi freedom? Not worth the price! Who military people support is irrelevant when asking questions about right and wrong. I have great respect for the people who serve in the military. And I consider it my job to protect them from unscrupulous politicians and grasping multi-national corporations.

If you're so gung ho, why don't you take up arms and go to Iraq? We're having to institute a stop loss order PLUS provide resigning bonuses of $10K in order to keep the troops in Iraq.

Are you going to enlist to go to Iraq?

"A third of U.S. troops surveyed in Iraq said their morale was low and half said they are unlikely to stay in the armed forces, the military newspaper Stars and Stripes reported...."
