Yeah, for a minute I forgot Edwards was a tort lawyer. I agree that is a black mark on his record, and one of the few (very few) areas the republicans have chosen to focus on which I agree with. Unfortunately, I wish I could say that Bush attempted to reform tort law because he wanted to make it easier for doctors to practice or for citizens to get care. The reality I'm sure is that any tort reform is another Bush payback for large corporate special interests.

I see CNN is predicting double the turnout for the Iowa caucuses this year vs. 2000. I'll bet you anything democratic turnout sets records nationwide in 2004. Bush is in more trouble than he knows, imho.
