Actually C2, the overlap in ability of individual boys and girls far exceeds the difference resulting from time of puberty.

A boy of IQ 140 needs education at a far faster temp than a girl maturing 3 years earlier with an IQ of 80. It's the individual needs which matter far more than gender. As you say, it takes a talented teacher to ensure each individual gets the education they need. As you say, it costs money. I say it's worth it.

I've just been making the point that girls overall need earlier education than boys. Not that each girl does. Just in general.

Bundling all girls together and drowning them in maths at age 8 irrespective of individual requirements is not much better than the current situation where boys and girls are all bundled and taught the same thing at age 12. Okay, it would be slightly better to bundle all the girls and allow for their earlier maturity, but that's a half-baked answer.
