Talked with Dell Technical Support last evening.... Having had problems understanding these people from India who provide Dell Technical Support, I decided to call them last evening to see if in fact I still have to deal with people from India and not someone here in the U.S. So I called them. Your right! I talked with "Kenneth" from India. The Dimension 8300 has four small green lights on the back of the computer. Figuring I had to ask something, I asked Kenneth what these four green lights were for? He gave me an answer which I understood nil from due to the friggin language barrier. Hello? Duh! Didn't I read awhile back that Dell was going to bring these jobs back to the U.S.? I sure hope they hurry! I think "Kenneth" real first name was Rajah or something like that. J.D.
