I don't believe that this is SanDisk's "problem" per se. After reading the entire article, I believe that the author is/was critical of MandrakeMove for not working (for some reason) with the SanDisk Cruzer mini.

From my reading of that techie's to me somewhat garbled account, it appears that he is criticizing Mandrake not making sure that any USB drive/key would work with their product, not just SNDK's. Or so it would seem.
