And Wachovia upgraded shares of Lucent (LU:NYSE - commentary - research) and Nortel Networks (NT:NYSE - commentary - research). Shares of Nortel were gaining 24 cents, or 3.5%, at $7.13 while shares of Lucent were up 16 cents, or 3.5%, at $4.77, according to Instinet. Where was Wachovia before the runup. Sort of like a trailing indicator. Maybe the runup is just starting.
