I think the dems should put edwards in as the VP. He really is too young to win, but his message is resonating. I knew he was better than the polls were saying early on. Good for Edwards. Well the pundits might be right, Dean is too yuppie to resonate in the heartland? Dean will do well in NH for sure though. Its still anyones game!

My understanding is that Edwards became prominent by pushing medical malpractice lawsuits. As with most issues in U.S., that type of lawsuit was abused by many lawyers. Edwards major advantage is fact he's from the South. The elections of both Pres Clinton & Bush prove that a candidate's place of birth has become a stumbling block for those who could possibly be best qualified Presidents. Edwards does have personal appeal; however, he needs to highlight Bush's dismal domestic policies. Conservatives never bother wearing gloves when it comes to presidental boxing match.
