I have to agree with most of your post. Unfortunately, the rhetoric of attack takes away from the airing of these issues. It's much easier to attack Bush or Dean than to come up with real policy.

I just posted a lengthy view of Kerry and the others on the Moderate Thread. I've started to review Edwards and he has a very interesting position paper on his website. I won't repeat my posts here but, if you're interested, see the Moderate Thread.

In essence, I would like to see Edwards get some press and it seems as if he may at this point. I'm disappointed with Kerry and Clark for reasons I also give on the other thread.

Lieberman is a very honorable and honest individual but has no chance at being elected. Dean attracted attention as the most anti-Bush, but that turns me off.

Anyway, as I posted elsewhere, unless the Democrats come up with real policy, rather than attack dogs and conspiracy theories, I and most Americans will vote for George Bush and that may be regrettable.
