In each case they call into question issues of legitimacy, but nothing like the invasion, military occupation and economic and political control of Iraq. In Afghanistan we responded to an attack on the US. In Yugoslavia we intervened in a civil war. Only in Iraq did we invade just because we felt like it. We tried to use the UN to legitimize the invasion with WMD as a cover story, but the UN wasn't buying it.
