Re: IVXR (lack of) Revenues

"IVXR is a high-technology software solutions provider involved in marketing its database analysis and application development software. IVXR has developed the AIM system, which uses artificial intelligence technology to analyze and revitalize legacy software systems. For the 3 months ended 5/31/97, the Company reported no revenues. Net loss fell 67% to $70K. Results reflect the capitalization of a portin of administrative expenses as software development costs."

William--

Just started reading the thread, so if I repeat something someone's said earlier, please forgive me.

My recollection is that IVXR bought the Y2K software early this year, for $35,000. Could be wrong about the amount, but I think the date is right. The relevant information is contained in IVXR's most recent SEC filing, where you'll also find more details about the Triton fiasco. I'm too lazy to go look it up again.

William Ferguson;

Hello!

You may remember talking to me some years ago, I am David Hite. As you know, I have been with Veronex for more than 15 years. What you may not know is that I am a Certified Public Accountant with a background in high technology companies and business systems. I became a CPA at Ernst & Young in 1970. I became involved in Veronex as a result of an investment turned sour in 1982.

The Indonesian oil deal and the Triton Energy Corp litigation was a mess. The only thing I learned for sure is that the folks at Triton are liars and cheats and that most attorneys are no better.

The facts about Veronex are available at the Veronex WEB Site at veronex.com

I believe that the Veronex I|Nova System is the only real solution to the Y2k problem. The I|Nova System is a re-engineering solution to the Y2k problem. The very concept of locating all of the lines of source code for the 40 to 50 year old legacy systems does not appear feasible to me. Don't be fooled by the companies claiming to fix the lines of code because there is no way the lines of code approach can solve the Y2k problem. If an entire software application system is not 100% Y2k compliant, then the system will not work. The ugly truth about the Y2k problem is that most, if not all, big businesses can not locate all of the legacy system source code. Consequently, these businesses can not fix the Y2k problem in their software systems.

Do you still have your Veronex shares?

Regards,

David A. Hite
