As far as I am concerned the peops do establish religions and congress can make no law to interfere in any way.

Of course we can found religions. But the establishment clause of the Constitution is not about that.

I don't need Tim's post to save face. First of all, it was already three to one before Tim chimed in, and two of the three are lawyers. Tim's post was helpful because it was so articulate and on point, but it was just icing on the cake. My face was never in jeopardy.

Secondly, even if it were, I have no interest in my face. I am what I am and it's all out there. I am not interested in face games.

Although I do make some efforts on behalf of the face of others for whom that is important. I am pre-disposed and programmed to let people get out gracefully rather than going for the kill. I don't think that rubbing people's noses in it is constructive behavior. I've noticed that sometimes people don't take advantage of the easy exit for whatever reason. Some people just keep on digging.
