Mish, If memory serves, you trade 6 or 12 month out? Better odds IMO. I don't feel it for now.

Am expecting higher (middle to long maturities) when the broader market corrects (I see as inevitable but could be delayed till after the Summer).
No clue (yet) for 1 to 6 month interests rates.

Also have to make an opinion on China: I think China has reached an over-investment phase and that the risk is that China would slow down the buying of commodities. Hence would need less Dollars.
