Ann,
Of course we disagree fundamentally but apart from that imho, howard dean is done and he has no one to blame but himself. He surrounded himself with the wrong people--gore, bradley, harkin, meathead and sheen. 40% of americans may think like you but most want a president, not an apparent nutcase. And by not recognizing that he had a national audience last night, that is how he came across. There are spinmeisters and now there is the gaffemeisters and he wont recover when three other candidates are surging. mike

If Dean doesn't win New Hampshire he will pull a Gephart and bow out. Labor did not help Gephart, Harkins endorsement didn't help Dean. Kerry and Edwards are a surprise. The media was wrong on every magazine cover Dean appeared on. So whats new? Wes Clark is flaming out, Lieberman and Kucinich has a snowballs chance. GREAT HORSE RACE.

sold out by Bush Adm for benefit of his largest campaign contributors

I was shaking my head when the Candidates repeated this line in their speeches last night. They must know that the people don't buy it. Both parties get millions of Dollars from campaign contributors. Why do they think people would believe that only the candidates on the right do things for their contributors?

Do you think that a candidate on the left is automatically a saint? Are you really that naive? I don't think so. I suspect that you have just got so used to using the line that you don't even stop to think about it.

Watch the candidates on the left toady to the Minority pressure groups, Union Bosses and Trial Lawyers. These groups of people are not the ones who produce the wealth of this country.
