Iowa voters are intelligent. Kerry has a different voting record than Kennedy. Kerry voted to authorize force in Iraq. Kennedy voted against it. Kerry has voted to reduce the size of the Ag Dept Bureaucracy but Harkin and Kennedy were against it.
