I would also like for you point out where the previous administration vetoed spending bills. (Before you get your panties in a bunch over the 1995 Omnibus bill...remember that Clinton vetoed it only because it didn't contain enough money for his precious discretionary spending. Once the Senate increased the pork, Clinton gleefully signed it...)
