President not expected to revisit '03 State of Union claims on Iraq

White House aides say Bush intends in his annual televised address to a joint session of Congress to highlight his successful efforts in the past year to pass a second major tax cut and a Medicare prescription drug benefit. He also will outline a vigorous domestic agenda on health care, tax cuts, Social Security, immigration and job training, among other things.
