I have IE6 and am seeing the same exact thing you are. As for the fixed fonts in "heritage" SI vs. selectable fonts in the "new" version, ditto as well. This most likely is a function of the default.css file. For accessibility reasons, the latter (selectable) way is much preferred and often required by site owners (I'm sure Bill U. is an expert on this stuff if it matters). However, there should be no reason why you should have to manually reset fonts with each visit if you set your default text size to "medium."
