When I'm in SI "heritage" site, the pages and fonts look the same no matter whether IE6/View/Text Size is set to Largest, Larger, Normal, Smaller or Smallest.

I hate when sites do that. That's happening because they're hard-coding font sizes rather than expressing them as a percentage. I always do the latter so people can control their display.

However, when I switch to Development, it defaults to Smallest and I have to manually change it to Normal each time to get the equivalent size as the Heritage site. How is that determined?

Definitely don't have a clue on that one.

If you find out that it's because I'm setting font sizes on this end with percentages, let me know.
