My recollection is that there are something of the order of 3k radiation oncologists in the US. I wouldn't think you'd need that many details a year to each one, so I'd guess that, over a year, 75 salespeople could hit most of them a couple of times each.

But there are others on SI (like hmpa) that could give you a more informed answer than I can.
