I guess that's why Clinton's energy dept. saw costs associated with Kyoto for the U.S. of up to $400 billion annually.

Kenny, would it have bothered you if we had signed Kyoto and it had cost America 1000s of jobs and billions of bucks?

Kenneth E. Phillipps BOLD FACE LIE ALERT
"Clinton, at least, acknowledged the problem. Bush says there is no problem so why discuss it."

The above refer to the kyoto treaty and the issue of Global Warming. Again lying and libeling Kenneth E. Phillipps is at again today.

Dear lying and libeling Kenneth, the President has stated in effect that the science is not conclusive and has proposed more funding to develop the science. And only a retarded person would consider kyoto any form of a solution.

The only science mr. bill was interested in was if DNA did prove he masturbated on Monica's face in the Oval Office.
