As the customer becomes more dissatisfied with Dell's customer service, tech support, phone systems, etc., I think they will start to look around for other sources of pc's. If eMachines plays it right, I think they maybe able to attract Dell's retail customers.

kakamongus, RE: DELL has still continually GAINED market share.

Dell lost market share in the 4Q of 2003.
