IBII from last 10QSB- filed on 11/14/03 A. MARKETING AGREEMENT In September 2003 the Company through its wholly owned subsidiary Global Debit Cash Card, Inc, a Nevada Corporation (GDCC) agreed to purchase from DCM the following territories of COLORADO AND UTAH for marketing the CARDS as per this Agreement. This will allow GDCC to be the TMR in those territories specified and to license resellers of the CARDS. The Licensed Activated Resellers (LAR) will be licensed through GDCC the TMR. Then form 8-K filed on 12/11/03- asset purchase agreement On December 9, 2003, Global Debit Cash Card, Inc. ("GDCC"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Internet Business International, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company") entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Debit Card Marketing Company, Inc., a privately held New York corporation ("DCM") to acquire certain assets relating to the DCM business. Included among the assets were the Anonymous Debit Cash Card, the Chex First Agreement, the Senior Plan Agreement, shares of DCME and other DCM assets. Well looks to me they are taking the appropriate steps in closing in on this deal..... just another observation been checking out there past filings and businesses - the price being so low shows how they have tried many times in the past to get a business going but looks like these last 3 years they couldnt do well , most likely since the whole economy was down ... Now with the markets doing better I would guess that IBII has a better chance nowadays to jumpstart a business plan .... They have had lots of practice trys in the past so odds say to me they have a chance ....... Sort of IVOC when it was .0004 level not much going on at the time but I figured they had practice in the past and they pushed ahead and now there off there lows. Wasnt much to go on early just a few events but when things got rolling there the price headed right up........... Need more news or filings now to show this asset purchase aggreement final and perhaps news of business plan looking ahead......or any other positive events- maybe more asset purchases since IBII has had other subsidaries in the past they could very well branch out and get other assets to move ahead with........ So in the mean time adding some here and there...... more passing thoughts as I run IBII through more of the zone thinking looking ahead...
