Clouseau,

There is nothing wrong with the warrants.

The only issue is whether they are listed on the TSX.V
which they were eligible for when the application was
made.

Since applying to have them listed so many of the warrant
holders have already exercised (despite them being holdable
for 3 years) that the requirement of having a certain
number of public holders threshold has passed and the
application was withdrawn.

It's a good news story.

SAMsys is getting the money from the $1.50 warrants early
because apparently a sizable number of warrant holders
are not waiting with their capital. Their spending it
now to convert the warrants into shares.

The issue is listing the warrants on the exchange seperately
and has nothing to do with the warrants themselves.
