Michael, no I got no thoughts. This is just an unlucky day. In the CC Seagate said that they failed to qualify on 1.5 m drives and the sales went to competitors (some one said seagate had quality problems due to humidity). WDC had already said their sales were up approx 0.7 m units. So I guess both wdc and mxo gained the share that stx lost.

Yet the after-hours trading had wdc down a dollar, and mxo down even more. I guess wdc is always a sacrificial lamb for everyone's transgressions.
