Well, it all started with a neighbor who had one, my wife fell in love with it. Like you, I knew NOTHING about the breed. I started doing research, read about 10 books covering everything you could think about in a dog and as luck would have it, met a person THROUGH THE INTERNET who was very IN with this breeder. Normally, a person like myself would never get his hands on such a special dog from a particular breeder like this as they go only to serious breeders and showers. But, as luck would have it, through this introduction plus they wanted to get a few dogs over to the USA I got one. jdn
