Nano is a only micro-cap company that I hold position.
And it has performed very well for me. I don't know if Nano can reach $25 million per Q in the neat future but towards the peak of this cycle, it has a decent shot. I am guessing that the peak may occur in sometime in late 2005.

I hold nano mainly because other than KLAC, there are no major player in this space. There are some very specific players with different applications such as RTEC and TWAV.. And AMAT is trying to tap into this market aggressively although it is not as successful as it claims.. As all chipmakers look for more than one type of machines to cross check each other, Nano will grow as the market grow although KLAC is likely to dominate..
