I have another user on my machine that also isn't restricted. I think the problem seems to be with downloading and installing the ActiveX object that runs the tests from pitstop. I think you get a warning about admin rights when the download is presented. If one has a restricted account that denies the right to download and install such things the site won't run the tests. If they just click ok the utility will be installed. If they are restricted, they will get a message saying so.
