Dear lying and libeling Kenneth E. Phillipps, your demented hatred of the President would have to find the SOTU bad speech. As a so called self proclaimed member of the bar, why don't you explain what was bad speech. Was there not enough John F'ing Kerry obscenity for you.

Kenneth E. Phillipps, one liner hatred, lies and libel... samo samo lamo.

And you still have not explained how President Reagan was left of a socialist. Everyone is still in stitches over that one and is in anticipation waiting for your tome du turd on that one....

I hope you are having a nice day neighbor.

By all the liberal hatred towards Bush in the media, it was.

How much more could Dean, Kerry et al, have said that would have made it a great speech?
A continuation of the garbage we're been hearing on the campaign trail?

Dean's Demise: The End Of Howard Dean

Robert Kellert

Here is a classic case of “bleeding heart” liberalism. I listened to an audio clip where Howard Dean was boiling red and expressed the true Dean. I will give you the link for the video. Copy it and paste it into the address bar, and then hit enter.

foxnews.com

Then click on the Howard Dean video. It will start off with a quick promotion for FOX, but then it will go to the video. Let it run uninterrupted, and just watch Dean’s face when he talks about all the states he’s going to, not to mention his tyrannosaurus yell at the end of that rant.

Now, is that presidential? I’m not sure if it was included in that video clip, but Howard said that this time, the person with the most amounts of votes is going to the White House. Howard, we already know Bush is going back to the White House, but that’s beside the point. What you just said is a violation of the United States Constitution! Perhaps you have failed to read the section Mr. Dean.

“The electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate;--The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;--the person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not chose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President. The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States. “
Now, Mr. Dean, that is the constitution of the very same United States that you want to be President of, correct? Now that we have that down, why should we elect President a man who doesn’t believe in following the constitution of a country you want to govern? I would love to hear the answer to that question from your hyperactive mouth.

Do you see what is going on here, folks? Do you see the importance of electing a person who will actually follow the Constitution as President? I have some questions for all you Dean supporters out there. Why should we make your candidate our leader when he is unwilling to follow our laws? Why should we elect your candidate our leader, when he yells all the time and is easily turned into a raging madman? Just think of the repercussions this could have on our country. What if there were to be a pressure situation? Do you want a person who can easily explode or do you want a person who remains calm throughout ordeals hard to bear? Do you want a person whose temper gets ignited by a 66-year old citizen to be your President when our country is facing tough times? You have to think about the cost of an incompetent in the White House. George Bush has not wavered on any issue. He hasn’t said anything he hasn’t done, and hasn’t done anything he hasn’t said he would do. You see what you get with him. I see what I get with Dean. I see a crazy man. I see a sensitive, boiling, agitating, maniac. I see an unlawful character. I see a dinosaur. I see an earthquake about to erupt. He has the right to be all those things, but do you want him erupting in the White House at the time when we need bold leadership?

Just look at these Democrat candidates. Apparently, some of them, if not all, want to break the law. That’s just great. That’s just what we need in an age of terrorism-lawbreakers in charge. Practically all of them are using the popular vote argument, an unconstitutional method of getting elected. And these are the people who lecture us on the rule of law? Let’s talk about the rule of law and decisiveness here. We have a President who lied under oath. We have a renegade general who can’t make up his mind about anything! We have a man who yells at an inoffensive senior citizen! We have a veteran who is against a war he voted for! We have the most reasonable of Democratic candidates taking a back seat in the polls. We have a southern gentleman, with good hair, but hair for a brain. We HAD Gephardt, who has tried to convince us that when he was a little tot, his father would tell him that the only reason they had a roof over their heads and bread on the table was because he belonged to a labor union. Yeah! Everyone tells his or her little tot that, right? It’s so common. We HAD a congresswoman whose endorsers support the right to killing babies and frame it as a “woman’s right to chose.”

Knowing that, are you going to look at me with a straight face and tell me these are the people you want in power. I will refute every argument against George W. Bush right now.

Tax Cuts: The top 50\% of wage earners pay 96.03\% of the nation’s income taxes. A person who earns $40,000 dollars a year and gets a thousand dollars back in tax cuts is the same as a person who earns $40 million dollars a year getting 1 million back in tax cuts! If you don’t support these tax cuts, send them back! Just amazingly, the stock market has boomed since these tax cuts have been given out. I guess it’s just a mysterious coincidence.

War in Iraq: If you were really concerned about the Iraqi people, listen up. Approximately 41,666 Iraqis died every year under Saddam. That means a war, which has less then 10,000 civilian casualties, like the war in Iraq, has saved roughly 31,666 Iraqis from intentional murder, torture, and slaughter. If you were for the Iraqi people, you would have supported this war. There IS an Iraq-Al Qaeda connection. Besides an operational connection spanning many years, one connection between them is they are both involved with terror and want to kill Americans in our homeland, and it’s up to us to stop them before they can do so. If liberals had their way, Saddam would still be in power, and Saddam’s henchmen would still murder Iraqis as we speak. The liberals were so patient for the UN inspectors, and are suddenly rushing the US to find wmds now. Liberals’ definition of going it alone is going in without France, Germany, or Russia. Besides, we had approximately 60 countries on board with our coalition, but I guess that would be considered going it alone as well. The biggest weapon of mass destruction in Iraq was Saddam. If you don’t believe Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, tell that to the relatives of the Kurd rebels who were killed by wmds while trying to take out Saddam’s leadership.

Racism: Republicans are supposed to be racist, as we are painted such by liberals. So, the party whose administration chose 3 blacks into their cabinet, putting two into two of the most important jobs in America, is racist. We are called racist for that while Democrat Senator Robert Byrd was a Klu Klux Klan member, but that’s ok to liberals. What logic, huh? This is the logic of liberals.

Big corporations: Liberals are so quick to talk about big oil, big wood, and big tobacco being tied in with the Bush administration. Therefore, I have come up with my own phrase to use against them-big government! Let’s talk about big corporations. The Democrats claim to be for the middle class. Do you realize how many middle class jobs there are thanks to big corporations? No one has ever thought about that, because all liberals think about are the executives of these corporations, and not who else works for the corporations. What’s wrong with big corporations? They are successes, and I would just love to know how many appliances or materials these libs have in their homes thanks to “big corporations.” Huh libs? Have you ever thought about that? I bet that that the materials your houses are made of came from the hard work of big corporations. So, you can say these corporations are bad, but stick to your guns and give up your homes!

Global Warming: I’ve only seen scientific studies proving global warming to be a fallacious argument, as there is evidence of global cooling. Anyway, let’s make this into a hypothetical and we’ll say that the liberal theory is correct. Even by admitting them right, their argument still makes no sense. We can all agree that global warming began to occur at the end of the ice age. The ice began to melt. Now, do you realize that this process takes thousands of years to happen? So, we are to believe, by listening to these liberals, that all this is happening in a matter of 3 YEARS! What kind of idiotic logic is that? Well, it’s exactly the logic of these Democrats. They are just idiots.

Environmental Issues: There is a ton of irony in this, so bear with me here. Let’s start with animals. Figure this out. A man kills a mouse and gets 10 years in prison. OJ goes free! There is the criminal justice system. Environmentalists want to keep track of seals in the arctic. They paint them red, and polar bears devour them because the seals have lost camouflage. Environmentalists want to transport mink. The minute they try to, the mink cannibalize each other, afraid of the human species. Environmentalist psychopaths want windmills instead of a possibly efficient, brand new, nuclear power plant. The windmills are put up. The animal environmentalists are mad at the global environmentalists because birds are getting chopped up as they fly through these windmills! Liberals are insane!

What rational thinking is this? Look at the way these people think! Is this what you want governing our nation? Is this the type of thinking you want widespread throughout our nation? Look at the irony. Look at the stupidity. Look at the downright idiocy that could be your country if you let these people get into power. You must think about this folks. You must think hard if you want this country to remain a land of freedom and security. May we always be safe and God Bless!

FirstAlert 1/21: 'Thank You, Mr. President'
January 21, 2004. (FinancialWire) “Thank you, Mr. President,” is what Howard Dean must be saying to himself and close supporters today in appreciation for the Bush administration scheduling the State of the Union address so close to Dean’s own “speech” in Iowa, wiping the airwaves clean of those Dean “I won something” images. By contrast, winner John Kerry made it a point to look and sound “Presidential” so his remaining sound bites will more closely resemble what the President looked and sounded like in the well of the House last night.

For those who suggested Bush deliberately scheduled his address a day after the Iowa primaries and on the first day of in-earnest campaigning in New Hampshire, they have to be wrong. George Bush would never personally schedule anything head-to-head with the Texas Longhorn basketball game on ESPN. It was not just a State of the Union night for the President. It was also a Tivo night.

Kerry has some surmountable obstacles before repeating in New Hampshire, and that is the remake that is more obvious to those in a state that is part of the Boston media market, where during his Senate years, Kerry had been known for his propensity for the photo-op. The race could be up for grabs with Wesley Clark and Joe Lieberman now in the mix, along with Iowa’s second place finisher, John Edwards.

Dean may be looking at a fourth or fifth place finish, and Al Gore may be looking for a spider hole to hide in. The pundits are always wrong; the race is now more riveting and exciting, and with Edwards all but assured of a South Carolina win, we could catapult into February’s bigger primaries with a real horse race. If he wants it, and why not, Edwards has probably secured at least a Veep spot on the Democratic ticket.

If the trend holds, we may see a real unison campaign in the Fall, with whoever wins having a virtual Fraternal Order of former candidates with strong constituencies out on the campaign trail, leaving Bush with not just one, but a Matrix-like onslaught of Democrats coming at him. The early handicap for such as scenario would see Kerry-Edwards heading the ticket, Clark as Secretary of State or Defense, Dick Gephardt with a high cabinet post, Lieberman with new clout in the Senate and Dean practicing medicine. The only thing left now is for Bostonian John Kerry to start referring to himself as “Jack.” Ted Kennedy, badly in need of the Atkins diet, would no doubt okay that.
