Hi Dave,

I never intended to compare eMachines to Dell. Nor, do I think eMachines will become a threat to Dell. The purpose of my mentioning eMachines was simply to point out that there are other alternatives to buying from Dell. And, these alternatives may be offering computers that are very cost effective and reliable.

I for one am sick and tired of trying to deal with Dell. Their phone systems is a mess. Customer Service and Tech Support, for the most part, don't know what they are doing. In short, Dell promises a lot, but doesn't deliver. When they were a smaller company, these problems didn't exist.
