Bill--at the time I don't think they (Bush-Cheney Administration) put much pressure on South Korea given how North Korea was behaving at the time. The Bush Administration--pre-Iraq invasion--didn't wanna shine a lotta light on the Korean situation. The reason for this is, realistically, North and South Korea is where they should have been keyed--not Iraq! Now, did you really have to call me a liar simply because I cited referenced material? You are quite a distractionist--do you know this?
