let's see -- NDX down 20 -- equity p/c == .41 -- yeah that makes sense -- when NDX is down 40, the equity p/c can go to .30 -- now if we got a really nasty selloff -- NDX -60 -- I guess anything goes -- equity p/c == .0XX??

course -60 -- that could never happen -- what was I thinkin??
