Ken,,, I have been attempting to get the results of the settlement that was reached last May. The Court told me that I must get it from the SEC. The principals from the SEC who handled the case (Debbie Palataki at 202-942-7133 and John Field at 202-942-7293) have told me the results will be posted on the SEC web site under "Litigation Results". I also attempted with a principal with DCTC and was told they were under a gag order (by the way same comment from the SEC people a number of months ago). So they claim we just have to wait until they post the results. I can't understand why it is taking since last May 28th almost nine months to release the results of the settlement which led to the dismissal of the case by the Judge. I will attempt again with the SEC at a different level. Ed Pettee
