You may be right about that. On the other hand, when Clinton bombed Serbia without UN backing, to prevent an anticipated genocide, how many Democrats yelled about illegality or the insidious doctrine of pre- emptive war? (I supported Clinton on that one, by the way).......

Ironically, Clinton's actions are responsible for a good portion of this deficit. How much would it be if for instance Clinton had apprehended Bin Laden when offered or managed the Iraq situation properly? $100B? $50B?
