That's nonsense. It was he who initiated this crap that Bush does on the Repubs side. Dean did not want any caps and he said he could raise a lot of money on his own. This guy is surely not fit to be President. It will be difficult to differentiate who is worse: BUsh or him. Bush derives thrills on juvenile acts such as flying onto the deck of a carrier. Dean indulges in similar theatrics which he displayed during his concession speech in Iowa. Both are nonsense, IMO.
