OK, found it myself. The main thing in common in the email scam is "Shagamu Express Road"....responds well to a Google search.

Yup, I got that one. Except mine was frm AKUBIAMA NNUKWURU of CITI BANK NIGERIA PLC and the accident was on Benin-Asaba express road.

Nigerian scam action has picked up lately. I'm getting one or two a day.

uce@ftc.gov is the fed mailbox for it, if you want to forward it to the authorities.
