BRLC. Yes, that's how I see it too. One major contract. If only... Gambling stocks: I bought a few shares of ISLE. They lost out on the St. Louis casino project and stock dropped. But other contracts will be up for bidding; ISLE ought to have resources to bid on them, and perhaps they might be successful. I'm still considering adding more AGI to my small holdings. These stocks are all so expensive now imo: I'm not willing to step up for anything more than a very small amount, and it's hard for me to do even that.
