You don't eat fish? I just love them whole, same with prawns, OK remove the heads, but the skin and tail BBQ'd just make um more tasty. The head of a real kipper is probably the best part. I am a strong believer in natural bred food though.

I grew up eating whole fish, but as a rule Americans will only eat fillets. Very wasteful.
