Hi Rap,

Your experience mirrors mine. IMO, this is no way to buy a computer, TV, peripherals, etc. I can't help but wonder if Michael Dell or Kevin Rollins ever played the role of a customer and called their own company. If not, they should. I can't help but think that they would put an end to all this nonsense.

Raptech...<<I know the config I wanted >> I'm curious. If you knew what you wanted, why not just buy from the Dell website? It's much quicker and everything you need is right there. I think that it's part of Dell's grand scheme to migrate everyone to the web since it's much more cost effective.
