Anyone here remember how long the quiet period is on ipo's its been so long since I fooled with em I cant recall,I think its 90 days?LFC going on day 24 tomorrow just wanted to see how it affects it when its quiet period ends.

I think it turned about 1/2 its outstanding stock today,cant imagine what these things would do if they had reasonable shares out!I guess we couldn't afford them!:)
But GBLL was only a 2.6 million $ co. at 7 cents today (And that's at 7 times what it was worth yesterday)!Big bucks could just buy the damn thing if he wanted to!
