no way to express the cost of health care per unit consumed.

I noted with interest the Admin decision to increase the Medicare payout to HMO's by over 10% this year instead of the normal 2.5% They are attempting to keep companies in the Medicare HMO business who are leaving over the money paid.

Kaiser raised my premium 15% this year, as they did last year. I wonder if it will level off next year. I doubt it.
