Loyal opposition: We are losing the Democrat party to the anti-American domestic enemy. But the loyal opposition will emerge and evolve, to take its place.

why does no one mention his statement that his submitted budget calls for less then 4% growth in discretionary spending? Thats among the lowest in many years. As to prescription drugs, well, sometimes you must bend to the will of the people and the MAJORITY wish to have that in Medicare. In fact, the complaint I hear is it didnt go FAR ENOUGH not that it happened. jdn

Conservative Republicans Push for Slowdown in U.S. Spending

It seems the Bush tax cuts are working. Remember the 500 billion dollar deficit the left wing loonies were proclaiming . Well, it seems the latest budget deficit is pegged at 374 billion dollars. Already is has dropped well below the predicted amount. Well, well. The American economy is roaring despite the left wing lies, and will drag the EU and the rest of the world out of their malaise. Average unemployment under Bush is 5.5%. Under Clinton it was 5.75. Source BLS.gov
