First lets see your list of the 60 with their contributions in detail....it exists. And then show me why you say the other 131 are primarily neutral. On the SC alone, 9 were against the war....

I gave you the list numbie, don't expect me to type it out for you....you have the list of the 60, just try, in your mind, to read the full list of UN members and mentally subtract your 60....go ahead, you can do it...
